EXAFI, one of the leader accounting firm in Mali has been created in order to provide high quality accounting and auditing standards in Mali and French west African region.

It is a limited liability company under Malian law created in 2011.

It is one of the affiliated members of:

• The National Order of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants of Mali (ONECCA-Mali) member of the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants)
• The International Federation of Francophone Chartered Accountants ;
• PAFA (Pan African Federation of Accountants)
• ABWA (Association of accounting bodies in west Africa)

Competences and Reliability of the firm

EXAFI's skills are based on the four pillars below:

• The multidisciplinary training of employees in the various disciplines of the professions exercised: accounting, taxation, law, economics, organization, IT management ;
• The professional experience of the firm's managers : varies between 10 and 25 years;

• Quality and professionalism requiring the firm to respect:
  • the application of international auditing standards,
  • the application of the appropriate methodology and tools,
  • continuous training of employees,
  • and quality control organized internally.

• Our company is evolving in:
  • Legal creation and registration of mining companies;
  • Assistance in compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks applicable to the mining industry;
  • Accounting services and regulatory compliance in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Legal advice to ensure compliance and good governance practices;
  • Strategic orientation for the overall development of the mining sector.
  • We have been requested by PKF Litteljohn to provide staff for an audit mission in Mali. The Exafi firm successfully completed this mission.

The Cabinet team

The firm's current team is made up of twenty (28) people distributed as follows:

• one (01) Certified Public Accountant for the management of the firm,
• Two (03) Trainee Chartered Accountants for the operational management of the missions,
• Two (02) Manager,
• Two (2) Mission Directors,
• Five (05) heads of mission,
• Six (06) confirmed audit assistants,
• Four (4) Confirmed assistants in accounting expertise,
• Five (5) administrative staff for support services.

Skilled and Reliable staff

The concern for excellence and added value for our customers has led us to recruit our employees at a high level: BACHELOR + 3 at least. The initial training of our employees is supplemented by technical information meetings which take place throughout the year for employees in the most recent auditing, accounting, financial, legal and tax techniques.
